- Verify every listing
- Act as intermediary in payments between users
Users transact at their own risk.
2. User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Provide accurate information
- Not post illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content
- Not sell prohibited items
- Not misuse chat features
3. Prohibited Content
You may NOT post:
- Weapons
- Drugs
- Adult content
- Stolen goods
- Fake documents
- Wildlife products
- Any illegal items under Indian law
Violation may result in account suspension.
4. Payments & Refunds
If the platform offers paid features:
- Payments are processed via secure gateways
- Featured listing fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Subscription terms apply as per plan
5. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to:
- Remove listings
- Suspend accounts
- Block access
If users violate platform rules.
6. Limitation of Liability
Clevmind Technologies is not responsible for:
- Fraud between users
- Misrepresentation
- Off-platform transactions
- Financial losses
- Damages arising from user interaction
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Maharashtra Courts.
The platform acts as an intermediary under Section 79 of the IT Act, 2000.
