By accessing, browsing, or using SocytBuzz, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
SocytBuzz is a community-based classifieds and marketplace platform operated by Clevmind Technologies.
1. Platform Nature
SocytBuzz acts only as an online platform connecting buyers, sellers, residents, and service providers.
We DO: Verify the authenticity of every listing or user
We do NOT:
- Guarantee any transaction between users
- Participate in payments or delivery arrangements
- Provide warranties on listed products or services
Users interact and transact entirely at their own risk.
2. User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Use respectful and lawful communication
- Post genuine products, services, and descriptions
- Follow society/community rules where applicable
- Maintain confidentiality of passwords and OTPs
- Comply with all applicable Indian laws
Users must NOT:
- Post misleading, fake, duplicate, or fraudulent listings
- Misuse messaging or spam other users
- Impersonate individuals or organizations
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Upload harmful software, malware, or malicious content
3. Prohibited Products & Content
The following items and content are strictly prohibited:
- Weapons, explosives, or ammunition
- Drugs, narcotics, tobacco, or illegal substances
- Adult or explicit content
- Stolen or counterfeit goods
- Fake certificates or forged documents
- Wildlife products or protected species items
- Hacking tools or illegal digital products
- Content promoting hate, violence, or discrimination
- Any product or activity prohibited under Indian law
Violation may result in listing removal, account suspension, legal reporting, or permanent banning from the platform.
4. Payments & Premium Features
If paid services or premium listings are offered:
- Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways
- Premium or featured listing charges are generally non-refundable
- Subscription benefits apply only during the active subscription period
- Prices and plans may change without prior notice
5. Safety Guidelines
- Meet buyers/sellers in safe public or society common areas
- Inspect products before making payment
- Avoid advance payments to unknown users
- Never share OTPs, passwords, or banking details
- Immediately report suspicious activity or fraud attempts
6. Account Suspension & Content Removal
SocytBuzz reserves the right to:
- Remove or edit listings
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts
- Restrict access to platform features
- Cooperate with law enforcement authorities when required
These actions may be taken without prior notice if platform rules are violated.
7. Limitation of Liability
Clevmind Technologies and SocytBuzz shall not be held responsible for:
- Fraud or scams conducted by users
- Losses arising from transactions between users
- Product quality, delivery, or warranty disputes
- Off-platform payments or communications
- Temporary service interruptions or technical issues
- Any indirect or consequential damages
8. Privacy & Data Usage
By using the platform, users consent to the collection and processing of necessary account and usage information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell personal user information to third parties.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Maharashtra Courts.
SocytBuzz operates as an intermediary platform under applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
