Compose a new email
Open your email app — Gmail, Outlook, or any mail client — and start a new email addressed to our data team.
Use the correct subject line
This helps our team identify and process your request quickly. Use exactly the subject line shown below.
Include your account details in the body
Send the email from the address you used to sign up. Include your registered email and name so we can locate your account.
